Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg is a 50-story, 539-foot mixed-use tower planned for 150 2nd Avenue South in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, where it is set to rise as the tallest building in the city and bring the Waldorf Astoria brand its first address on Florida's Gulf Coast. The roughly $500 million tower is co-developed by Property Markets Group and Feldman Equities with City Office REIT and Tower Realty Partners, designed by CUBE 3 with interiors by BAMO, and cantilevered above a 17-story podium so the residential volume reads as though it floats over downtown. The program pairs 163 two- and three-bedroom condominiums, ranging from about 2,031 to 3,408 square feet plus two penthouses of roughly 11,000 square feet each, with 73,000 square feet of Class A office space and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, over eleven levels of structured parking. Residents share a 20,000-square-foot amenity deck on the 18th floor anchored by a 160-foot east-facing pool with Tampa Bay views, alongside a fitness studio, saunas and massage rooms, children's and teen spaces, and the Peacock Alley Sky Lounge on the 47th floor, with Hilton delivering Waldorf Astoria service to the residences.
