About the project

Westcourt is a roughly $500 million mixed-use sports and entertainment district on 8.4 acres just north of the Kia Center in downtown Orlando, developed by a joint venture of JMA Ventures, the Machete Group and the DeVos family. The development brings together Orlando's first Kimpton hotel, luxury residences, Class-A office, retail and dining, a Live Nation live-music venue, structured parking and a 1.5-acre central green — an “urban living room” — creating a year-round destination at the heart of Orlando's downtown entertainment core.
