The Wuhan CTF Finance Centre is a 475-meter supertall anchoring the Wuhan CBD, pairing a slender flagship office and hotel tower with two 200-meter residential towers and a cluster of additional residential blocks. Designed by Ronald Lu & Partners, the complex layers a multi-storey retail galleria and multi-level basement concourse beneath the towers to knit the megablock into the surrounding financial district. Its tapering, faceted profile is engineered to top the Wuhan skyline while responding to civil-aviation height limits. The mixed-use program is aimed at a live-work-shop community rather than a pure office monument, with the residential towers giving the scheme a substantial luxury housing footprint. As the Chow Tai Fook brand's Wuhan landmark, it extends the developer's family of CTF supertalls across major Chinese cities.
