Wyld Oaks is a 215-acre master-planned mixed-use development along the western side of State Road 429 just south of West Kelly Park Road in northwest Orange County, Florida. The original land assemblage totaled roughly 315 acres, with portions sold off for healthcare and other uses — including an AdventHealth emergency room and helipad already operating on site. At full buildout the district is planned to include residential neighborhoods, retail and restaurant space, hospitality, an AdventHealth health village and medical campus, medical and professional office space, educational uses, parks, trails, entertainment venues including the planned Wyld Green outdoor venue, and approximately 1.5 million square feet of industrial space — supported by the project's WyldTech fiber infrastructure initiative. The master developer is advancing the project through a horizontal-then-vertical model: nearly two miles of internal roads, sidewalks, and street lighting have already been completed, and individual parcels are now being sold to vertical developers. The site sits on one of Central Florida's fastest-growing corridors, with more than 13,000 housing units planned or under construction in the surrounding northwest Orange County market.
