Official WebsiteZiggurat rises in the heart of Miami's Coconut Grove at 3101 Grand Avenue, an architecturally daring mixed-use landmark developed by The Allen Morris Company. Designed by Oppenheim Architecture with interiors by Collarte Interiors and lush landscaping by Naturalficial, the project stacks terraced, garden-draped volumes into a connected pair of structures: a boutique office building, a collection of luxury condominium residences, and street-level retail. The residences range from intimate layouts to expansive multi-bedroom homes, each framed by cascading plantings that give the building its signature living-architecture silhouette. Positioned amid the walkable cafes, galleries and waterfront of Coconut Grove, Ziggurat weaves work, home and retail into one of the neighborhood's most distinctive new addresses.
