In Miami-Dade, an Arquitectonica-designed 38-story, 453-foot tower is on file to replace the Savoy Hotel at 425 Ocean Drive, while El-Ad Properties filed a 46-story, two-tower condominium on Harbor Island, the tallest ever proposed in North Bay Village.
