The SoHo handmade pasta restaurant's first location outside New York, a 4,700-square-foot room by Alessandro Pasquale built around an open kitchen and a 17-seat chef's counter. The Miami menu keeps the New York signatures and adds a wood-smoked grill and a daily pasta lab.
