A New York style steakhouse in the former Siegel's 1941 dinner space at the 85-year-old El Cortez, with USDA Prime cuts, prime rib and Italian-leaning pastas. It is named for the late El Cortez executive Alex Epstein-Gudai and was developed with longtime Wolfgang Puck executive David Robins.
