Chef Elier Rodriguez, who cooked at Picasso in the Bellagio, is moving his Michelin-noted Spanish restaurant from South Osprey Avenue into the cottage that housed Indigenous for 15 years. He bought the building for $1.65 million and adds a patio with live music.
