The h.wood Group and French Laundry alum Timothy Hollingsworth opened this all-day American grill as Caruso's Palisades Village reopened after the 2025 fires. It is Hollingsworth's first Los Angeles concept, with rotisserie chicken, ribs and a Wagyu cheeseburger built on farmers market produce.
