Phoenix's Buck & Rider, known for fish flown in daily, a large raw bar and its own reserve beef, makes its first move outside the Southwest at Waterside Shops in the former Brio space. Founder Adam Strecker once lived on this coast and has served Florida fish since the restaurant's start.
