A 200-seat steakhouse on Lake Woodlands from Austin Simmons, the former Tris chef, where guests build steak boards by cut and cooking method using beef from his own Chef & Rancher program. It has an open kitchen, a social bar, a patio, two private dining rooms and an adjoining butcher market.
