MStreet Collective, an offshoot of MStreet Nashville led by Chris Hyndman, is turning the former Esquire Theatre into a 265-seat steakhouse built around Japanese wagyu, aged fish and a 5,000-bottle wine tower. A private members club, 58 Club, takes the second floor, with the 12-seat OakSho omakase counter inside.
