Costas Spiliadis is bringing his Greek fish market restaurant to Mexico City's Granada district with Grupo Allux-Dinar, the brand's first location in the capital. It joins a global run that includes New York, London, Dubai, Singapore and the Four Seasons at Costa Palmas.
