The SoHo restaurant and lounge from Jamie Mulholland is taking the 1923 former Banko Cantina building for its first Florida location, with a ground-floor restaurant, a second-floor lounge and a rooftop. At 13,000 square feet it was Palm Beach County's largest food and beverage lease of 2025.
