The two Michelin star Capitaneo brothers of Verso are turning the 1931 first-class restaurant hall of Milano Centrale, about 700 square metres in the Galleria dei Mosaici, into a shop, bistrot, gourmet room and bar counter. It is their second Milan opening this season after MaRe.
