An a la carte restaurant and bar from Paulo Airaudo, whose group holds eight Michelin stars across eleven venues, inside the newly relaunched Porta Rossa hotel. It reworks Tuscan and Italian classics and is the pilot for similar restaurants Minor's Colbert Collection plans in other Italian cities.
