A Japanese and French tasting-menu restaurant in the former Prelude space at The Jay, from The Omakase Restaurant Group. It is the first US kitchen for chef Fumio Yonezawa, a Jean-Georges alum who opened Jean-Georges Tokyo and later No Code in Tokyo.
