The signature Italian trattoria of Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley, the second hotel to open in the East Village base area, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Executive chef Scott Rackliff, formerly of Eleven Madison Park and Daniel, runs it with menus developed by Pizzana co-founder Daniele Uditi.
