Bryan Dayton's flagship steakhouse, from the team behind Corrida and OAK at Fourteenth, inside the restored 1898 Livestock Exchange Building at the National Western Center. Most of its beef will come from Colorado ranches and Dayton's Corrida Cattle Co.
