A new whisky salon inside Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, designed by Malherbe Paris around a floor-to-ceiling whisky library of bottles from Scotland, Japan, Taiwan and India. It is one of the new venues from the hotel's staged renovation, serving guided tastings, flights and whisky cocktails until 1am.
