The oyster merchants turned restaurateurs take over the two-storey former Margot site, with a scallop-tiled oyster and Champagne bar at the back and a main dining room for full meals. Kevin Gratton develops the menus and Jaspal Flora, formerly of 45 Jermyn Street, is head chef.
