Luke Farrell, the chef behind Plaza Khao Gaeng and Speedboat Bar, moves into fine dining with a two-floor restaurant devoted to the food of Phuket and southern Thailand, with charcoal cooking in an open kitchen. It is backed by JKS Restaurants, the group behind Gymkhana and Trishna.
