TMW Enterprise

Enterprise Terms

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Enterprise Terms cover TMW Enterprise, the verified firm plan on Markets of Tomorrow. They add to our Terms of Service, which still apply. Where the two differ, these Enterprise Terms govern the Enterprise plan. By applying for, activating or using an Enterprise plan, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent.

1. Who can claim a firm

You may apply only for a firm you are authorized to represent, such as a developer, architect or design firm, or an agency acting for one with its permission. We review every application by hand and may ask for proof. We may decline any application, and we may end a plan if we later learn the authorization was not genuine. Each firm is its own plan. One account may manage several firms.

2. Price, billing and cancellation

Price. The Enterprise plan is $700 per month (USD) per firm, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, plus any applicable taxes. Billing starts when you activate the plan after approval.

Automatic renewal. The plan renews every month and your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel. By activating the plan you authorize these recurring charges.

Cancellation. The firm owner can cancel at any time from Billing in the Enterprise workspace, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the badge and workspace through the period already paid for.

No refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, all charges are final. We do not refund or credit partial months, unused time or a plan we end under section 6.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, the verified badge and editing pause until billing is updated. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends.

Price changes. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change, and it applies from the next billing month. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Complimentary plans. We may offer a plan at no charge. We can end a complimentary plan with 30 days’ notice, or change it to a paid plan with your agreement.

3. What the plan includes

The badge means the firm manages its own profile and we have confirmed it is who it says it is. It is not an endorsement, a rating or a guarantee of any project. The badge comes down when the plan ends.

4. Editing standards

Your edits publish right away, so accuracy is your responsibility. Everything you submit must be:

We may edit uploads to match our house style. For example, we may adjust punctuation, crop images or correct formatting.

5. Our editorial independence

Markets of Tomorrow is a publisher, not a marketing channel. The plan does not buy coverage, rankings or placement, and it does not give you control over our journalism. Our reporting, our sourced timeline entries, and data from other sources stay on your projects. We may correct, edit or reverse any change at any time.

6. The change log, strikes and editing access

We log every change your team makes, with the before and after. If a change breaks these standards, we may reverse it and record a strike against the firm, and we will tell you why. At three strikes, editing is paused while the badge stays, and we will talk it through with you. For a serious breach, such as impersonating a firm, publishing something deliberately false, or misusing inquiry data, we may end the plan straight away without a refund.

7. Inquiries and personal data

Readers who ask about your projects are told your team will follow up directly, and their details are passed to you for that purpose. You may use an inquiry only to respond about that project and related offerings from your firm. You must not sell or share it with others, and you must handle it lawfully, including laws on marketing email, calls and texts. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and delete their details on request. TMW is a publisher, not a brokerage, and we may be compensated by firms we refer readers to.

8. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt and distribute it across Markets of Tomorrow, including the website, app, newsletter and social channels, in connection with your firm and projects. The license continues for material already published in our archive after the plan ends. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

9. Analytics

Analytics come from our own event logs and Google Analytics. They are estimates provided for information, and we do not guarantee any level of traffic, inquiries or results.

10. Accounts and teammates

The owner is responsible for everyone on the firm’s team and for what they do in the workspace. Keep sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly when a teammate should be removed.

11. Ending the plan

You may cancel as described in section 2. We may end a plan for a breach of these terms or of the Terms of Service, or if we stop offering Enterprise. If we stop offering Enterprise for reasons other than a breach, we will refund any month you have paid for but not yet started. When a plan ends, the badge and workspace switch off. Published edits remain part of the project record unless we decide to remove them.

12. Liability

The disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply to the Enterprise plan. For Enterprise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the firm paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to your plan, we will email the firm owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Questions? Email [email protected].
