How often is the market data updated?
Hourly. Our cron pipeline pulls fresh project data from the source-of-truth database every hour, regenerates every market and firm landing page, and updates the live map. A status change confirmed today shows up here within ~60 minutes.
Can I filter by city, category, and delivery year?

What does "Pro" unlock?
Pro members get our weekly Slippage Report, the TMW Forecast on every project (statistical delivery prediction with confidence interval), and the full filterable database by phase, neighborhood, architect, and developer.
Is the data sourced or speculative?
Every project on every page is sourced — added only after we can confirm it from a public filing, an official announcement, or independent reporting. Status changes (breaking ground, topping out, opening) are timestamped to the real-world event date and citation-linked.
