The hotel includes 153-keys, with 45 suites, drawing heavily on the surrounding environment for its aesthetic. Interior spaces showcase reclaimed wood, hand-crafted ceramics, and moss-inspired artworks. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up to city views, while indoor greenery and natural materials bring a calming, forest-like atmosphere indoors.

The lobby features a striking vertical garden and a fireplace accented by tile-work from a local ceramics studio. A landscaped terrace extends the indoor-outdoor connection with biophilic lounge areas for gathering or relaxing.

1 Hotel Seattle is home to La Loba, a restaurant led by Chef Oscar Amador Edo. The menu blends Mediterranean, Spanish, and Japanese influences with ingredients sourced from nearby producers. The bar program, curated by Joseph Mikulich, offers craft cocktails and a wine selection designed to complement the menu.

For wellness, the hotel’s fitness center, The Field House, includes Peloton bikes, resistance treadmills, and space for personal training or stretching. Event venues range from meeting rooms with advanced AV systems to a ballroom with city views and outdoor terrace access.

Sustainability plays a central role at 1 Hotel Seattle. Rooms are free of single-use plastics, replaced by reusable and compostable options. The hotel also integrates energy-efficient technology, low-VOC materials, and enhanced air filtration. In partnership with Foodprint Group, the hotel is working toward diverting more than 90% of waste from landfills.
