A free four-day health and wellness festival launches in CityPlace West Palm Beach

CityPlace is turning West Palm Beach into a four-day, citywide wellness destination this April.

Related Ross has officially announced the return of District Fit, presented by Cleveland Clinic, expanding the event into a multi-day festival running April 7 through April 11. Now in its ninth year, what began as a high-energy, single-day fitness event has evolved into one of Palm Beach County’s largest wellness gatherings—spanning CityPlace and Hilton West Palm Beach with a packed schedule of complimentary classes, expert-led panels, recovery experiences, and curated brand activations.

The expanded format reflects a broader shift taking hold across West Palm Beach, where wellness, performance, and lifestyle are increasingly intersecting. From panels focused on optimization and longevity to immersive activations and pop-ups along the CityPlace esplanade’s “Restore Row,” the week brings together leading instructors, medical experts, founders, and innovators shaping the future of health and wellness.

“The response over the past few years has been incredible and inspired us to expand District Fit into a multi-day experience as we continue strengthening our focus on health and wellness in the community,” said Eileen Sturgis, Director of Marketing at Related Ross. “As wellness takes center stage globally, District Fit brings together innovators, leading brands, and dynamic cultural experiences in the heart of CityPlace—reinforcing its role as West Palm Beach’s premier gathering place.”

The festival builds toward its main event on Saturday, April 11, featuring a full day of programming across multiple locations, including more than 15 complimentary classes led by major fitness brands such as Equinox, Pvolve, TRX, Sweat440, Higher Order, and Lululemon. Standout instructors—including Kenny Santucci, founder of New York City’s Strong New York festival—will lead sessions throughout the day, while family-friendly programming like Warrior Family Fit introduces interactive obstacle courses and martial arts experiences for all ages.

Set within a lush, walkable environment at the center of CityPlace, “Restore Row” will serve as a focal point of the experience, offering hands-on access to cutting-edge recovery technology, wellness products, and personalized services. Attendees can explore Hyperice recovery stations with Normatec boots and zero-gravity chairs, sample offerings from brands like Pura Vida and Gorgie, and engage in stretching sessions and hydration activations curated alongside Cleveland Clinic and other partners.

A VIP Lounge, designed by Perigold and presented by Cleveland Clinic, will anchor the elevated experience, offering a more private retreat for guests between sessions. The space blends wellness programming with hospitality, featuring curated activations, premium seating, and exclusive brand integrations, with proceeds supporting The Path at The Park, a nonprofit expanding access to wellness and movement across the community.

Additional programming includes an invite-only gathering at the Related Ross Experiential Center, bringing together industry leaders across fitness, wellness, and lifestyle for a series of conversations around longevity and the evolving role of health. The evening, curated in partnership with Athletech News, will feature speakers including Bernie Zarco of Yoga Joint, Kim Ross of ORA, Sean Hoess of Eudēmonia Summit, and Bertus Albertse of JETSET Pilates.

“CityPlace was designed to be a gathering place for the community, and District Fit is a reflection of that vision in action,” said Webber Hudson, EVP of Related Ross. “We’re focused on creating experiences that activate our public spaces in meaningful ways, and bringing together thought leaders, brands, and residents in a way that feels authentic to West Palm Beach. Seeing this evolve into a multi-day celebration speaks to the kind of vibrant, connected city we’re continuing to build.”

The weekend will also feature live DJ programming curated by Palm Tree Crew, culminating in a closing performance on Saturday evening at 5:30 PM on the CityPlace Lawn—blending fitness, music, and community into a single, high-energy finale.
