Opening in late 2027 atop The Carnelian, a five-star boutique hotel now rising in the heart of Naples, Sterling’s Club will occupy The Carnelian’s second, sixth, and rooftop floors, delivering more than 70,000 square feet of elevated experiences reserved exclusively for members. This is not a single room with a velvet rope. Sterling’s is a fully realized lifestyle ecosystem, where rooftop pools overlook the Gulf, dining venues range from refined to intimate, and a 23,000-square-foot wellness destination anchors the entire experience. Members enjoy exclusive access to the fully private sixth-floor members’ club, along with access to the amenity floor and rooftop pool deck with sweeping Gulf views, multiple dining and social spaces, world-class wellness programming, nightly entertainment, and concierge-level service. At the heart of Sterling’s is The Wellness Club, a 23,000-square-foot destination focused on longevity, performance, and restoration. It will be the first five-star spa of its kind in Naples, blending modern medicine with timeless rituals.
