Cassia is bringing a fully furnished residential concept into Coral Gables, introducing 174 turnkey residences designed for immediate living with built-in flexibility for ownership and rental use.

Located in the Merrick Park District, the project is centered around a plug-and-play model where each residence—ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts—is delivered fully furnished with interiors curated by RH.

Rather than treating furnishings as an upgrade, Cassia integrates them into the core offering, alongside private terraces, modern kitchens, and smart-home features, allowing units to function immediately upon delivery.

The structure has now topped off, with construction progressing ahead of schedule toward a projected Q1 2027 completion.

Developed by Alta Developers, with architecture by Behar Font & Partners and interiors by IDDI, the project introduces a more flexible ownership framework into one of Miami’s most established neighborhoods—allowing residents to occupy their homes full-time, seasonally, or rent them while away.

Amenities are organized across more than an acre of indoor and outdoor space, anchored by a rooftop pool deck and supported by wellness-focused features including a spa, fitness center, and landscaped gathering areas. Additional elements like coworking spaces, a grand lobby, and concierge services reinforce a hybrid residential model that leans into both lifestyle and usability.

As Coral Gables continues to evolve, Cassia adds a new layer to its residential mix, one that prioritizes furnished living, flexibility, and immediate usability within a walkable, centrally located district.
