West Palm Beach is officially landing one of its most distinctive new wellness and sport concepts. DUS Padel, a 26,000-square-foot indoor padel club, is taking shape just off I-95 — built by a team of Palm Beach County locals.

The 26,000-square-foot facility will be anchored by five indoor padel courts, fully weather-protected for year-round play in South Florida. Beyond the courts, the program will include an organic café with coffee, matcha, smoothies, and juices, a curated retail and wellness lounge, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, cold plunges, and recovery amenities, and the first official NOX Pro Shop in the United States. The club is located at 2031 Okeechobee Blvd, easily accessible from Palm Beach, downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and Boca Raton.
Where DUS departs from the standard court-rental model is in its hospitality-driven club philosophy. Every part of the visit is being intentionally curated — from check-in and court play to recovery, food and beverage, retail, events, and community programming. The intent is for the club to function as a true third place between home and the office: somewhere members and guests can play, work, recover, meet friends, attend events, or simply spend time.

The padel programming will span every stage of the player journey, from first-time players and beginners to advanced competitors. Expect world-class coaching, private lessons, clinics, tournaments, open play, social formats, and community events — open to both members and non-members. The model is designed to grow the local padel community while giving members deeper access, preferred pricing, priority booking, and a more complete club experience.

The recovery and wellness program is designed with a spa-inspired feel. Beyond saunas and cold plunges, on-site wellness programming will be led by licensed health professionals, with services expected to include blood panels, personalized vitamin protocols, recovery consultations, peptides, and other performance and longevity-focused offerings. The goal is to position recovery, performance, and well-being as core to the club experience rather than as an add-on.

The retail experience leans premium. The first official NOX Pro Shop in the USA will offer high-quality padel equipment, apparel, and gear from one of the world's leading padel brands, alongside in-house DUS-designed lifestyle merchandise produced in Los Angeles from 100% organic cotton. Current and upcoming brand partnerships include Create Wellness, Saint James Iced Tea, NOX, Promix Nutrition, Suja Organic, Gorgie Energy Drink, and more to be announced.
Monthly memberships will launch at $225 per month, with all bookings and memberships managed through Playtomic. Members will receive unlimited access to the spa — saunas, cold plunges, locker rooms, and showers, whether before or after play or as a standalone wellness visit. Additional benefits include three monthly guest passes, 10% off lessons and clinics, 10% off food and beverage, 20% off open play, 10% off merchandise, 14-day advance court booking, and a digital membership pass compatible with Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallets.

A limited Founding Member Annual Membership is also available now for the first 100 members at $2,250 per year — which works out to two months free compared to the standard monthly rate. Founding memberships are being processed through Playtomic.
With construction underway and one of the most layered club concepts to launch in Palm Beach County in recent years, DUS Padel is positioning itself as more than a padel facility. The club is being built as a complete wellness and hospitality destination — a place to move, recover, eat, work, and connect, anchored by one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
