Upon arrival, guests are greeted by bougainvillea-lined gates leading to a lush tropical garden, setting the stage for an elegant dining experience. The restaurant’s design is a visual feast, blending the grandeur of a historic Art Deco building with classic French brasserie elements.

The ground floor exudes timeless charm with its subway-tiled walls and traditional decor, while the upstairs dining area offers a more intimate atmosphere adorned in rich rouge tones—a nod to the exotic allure of early 20th-century Parisian soirées.

The grand opening event, held on January 30th, welcomed an array of notable guests, adding to the evening's sophisticated ambiance. Attendees included celebrity chef Todd English, Elizabeth Minnett, Tina Stuck, Ceaira Rodriguez, Sabina Jacobs, Toria Nichole, Kelly Hues, Andrea Salazar, Danella Urbay, Dragana Dujovic, Priscila Fadul, Fernando Quinzanos, Matthew Chevallard, Kevin Escalera, Emilie Sobel, and Andrea DiValentina. Guests enjoyed an enchanting evening filled with live music by local artist Liset Alea, delightful lite bites, and signature cocktails, all set against the backdrop of La Grande Boucherie's stunning decor.

At the heart of La Grande Boucherie is its meticulously crafted menu by Chef Leonardo, showcasing a harmonious blend of old and new Parisian flavors. Guests can indulge in gourmet selections such as Prime Steak Tartare, Les Escargots, King Crab, and traditional French Onion Soup. The main courses highlight French culinary excellence with dishes like Prime Steak Frites, Coq Au Vin, Filet Mignon, Grilled Whole Lobster, and Loup de Mer.
