Allen Morris Company is redefining the real estate showroom with the launch of its Ziggurat Sales Center in Coconut Grove, created in partnership with Chèvre—Miami’s acclaimed artisan café and wine concept. Opening next month, October 2025, the space transforms the traditional sales center model into a cultural destination, where visitors can explore both the future of the Ziggurat development and the flavors that capture Coconut Grove’s vibrant lifestyle.
Chèvre, celebrated as America’s first luxury cheese and sandwich brand, will serve its signature artisan sandwiches, refined charcuterie boards, curated cheeses, and boutique wines within the sales center’s elevated yet welcoming setting. “Sales centers are often seen as purely functional spaces, but we wanted ours to reflect the spirit of Coconut Grove and the vision of Ziggurat,” said Spencer Morris, President of The Allen Morris Company. “By partnering with Chèvre, we’ve created an immersive experience that unites food, culture, and design.”

Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, Ziggurat will rise at 3101 Grand Avenue as a 1.7-acre mixed-use destination featuring a five-story, 100,000-square-foot Class A office building, a boutique three-story condominium with 19 ultra-luxury residences, and 40,000 square feet of retail.

The development’s terraced, stone-clad architecture draws inspiration from its namesake ziggurat form, softened by deep balconies and cascading greenery that flow into landscaped paseos and a central courtyard by Andres Arcila of Naturalficial. Interiors will be crafted by Collarte Interiors, with a rooftop restaurant overlooking Biscayne Bay anchoring the project as a new community hub.

Residences, exclusively represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, will span from 1,250 to over 5,000 square feet, with prices starting at $3.4 million. The Allen Morris Company will also relocate 15,000 square feet of its own headquarters into the project, underscoring its long-term commitment to Coconut Grove.

The development will further strengthen neighborhood connections through partnerships with legacy businesses such as the Espinosa family’s Grove Laundry & Cleaners, which will reopen on-site, and through proposed public upgrades to nearby Kirk Munroe Park and Fuller Street.
With Chèvre anchoring the new sales center, Allen Morris Co. has introduced a model that goes beyond marketing real estate—it creates a cultural destination. By blending food, design, and community, the Ziggurat Sales Center offers a living preview of what this landmark project will bring to Coconut Grove.
