Janu is officially coming to Dubai, marking Aman Group’s first residential offering in the Middle East and introducing a new design-led lifestyle tower in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre DIFC. Janu Residences, Dubai follows the successful debut of Janu Tokyo in 2024.
Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, the project introduces a sculptural new tower defined by texture, depth, and connection to its surroundings. The development integrates a 150-key Janu hotel, the world's first global Janu Club, and a limited collection of 57 branded residences, ranging from two- to five-bedroom homes, crowned by a signature penthouse positioned at the tower’s pinnacle. Rising from a reimagined souk-style courtyard and anchored by a dramatic 59-foot-high lobby, the tower delivers a distinct architectural presence within DIFC’s evolving skyline.
Positioned overlooking the Zabeel Palace Gardens with sweeping views toward the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, Janu Residences place owners at the intersection of culture, commerce, and creativity. Expansive layouts, generous terraces, and sculpted upper-level positioning define the residential offering, while a private entrance, dedicated lifts, and discreet arrival experience reinforce the development’s highly curated approach to ownership.
A full lifestyle ecosystem anchors the project, centered on connection, wellness, and social energy.
