Aman Group’s contemporary sister brand, Janu, has announced its fifth destination: a coastal sanctuary in Turks & Caicos. Set on the northwest edge of Providenciales, Janu Turks & Caicos blends a beachfront hotel and branded private residences into a secluded enclave framed by protected natural beauty.
Positioned within one of the Caribbean’s most pristine landscapes, the project occupies a quiet stretch bordering Northwest Point Marine National Park. This area, spanning 18,000 acres, is known for its white-sand beaches, rocky coves, and rich marine ecosystems. The setting allows guests and residents to experience uninterrupted views and direct access to the island’s lesser-known northwest coast.
The development pairs Janu’s hotel offering with a collection of branded residences, bringing the brand’s social, wellness-driven philosophy into long-term living. The architecture emphasizes connection to the surrounding environment with open-air layouts and organic materials throughout.
Amenities include a Beach Club, several culinary venues, a Spa & Wellness Center, and a 50-meter swimming pool, all designed to encourage communal gathering and restoration. Social wellness, a defining tenet of the Janu brand, is embedded into the layout of both guest and resident experiences.
The launch of Janu Turks & Caicos follows the success of Janu Tokyo which opened in March 2024. Turks & Caicos marks the brand’s first project in the Caribbean and builds on its momentum across multiple regions.
Looking ahead, Janu has 12 destinations in development, with confirmed future openings in Dubai, AlUla, Diriyah, and Montenegro. The expansion reflects a strategic emphasis on transformative destinations that pair strong architectural narratives with a global outlook.
True to its name—Janu means “soul” in Sanskrit—the brand continues to grow its presence while remaining rooted in community, movement, and cultural depth.
