Amar Sandwich Shop has just opened its doors in Downtown Delray Beach, introducing a bold new chapter for Lebanese street food along Atlantic Avenue. From the team behind the acclaimed Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar, the new fast-casual concept by Kurban Hospitality Group brings the same passion for authentic flavors to a laid-back, coastal setting designed for lunch, dinner, takeout, and catering.

Inside, the aroma of freshly baked pita and wood-fired flatbreads sets the stage for a menu inspired by Lebanon’s bustling street markets. Signature shawarma, housemade falafel, and Amar’s famous za’atar sumac fries headline the lineup—joined by vibrant hummus bowls, fresh salads, and beloved dips like baba ghanouj, labneh, and muhammara.

The experience extends beyond savory bites, with tahini shakes, baklava, and rosewater lemonade adding a sweet finish. Guests can also enjoy beer and wine in a bright, casual space designed for everything from a quick bite before the beach to a relaxed evening meal.
“We’ve always wanted to share Lebanese flavors in a more approachable way,” said owner a. “Amar Sandwich Shop lets us showcase the same high-quality ingredients and hospitality, perfectly suited for a casual lunch or dinner along Atlantic Ave.”

Building on the success of Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar just blocks away, Amar Sandwich Shop cements Kurban Hospitality Group’s growing influence on South Florida’s dining scene—bringing a fresh, fast, and flavorful new energy to Delray Beach.
