Coral Gables is getting a closer look at one of its most refined new residential developments as Ponce Park continues to take shape—not just as a boutique address, but as a hospitality-driven destination anchored by global culinary names.
On March 26, Ponce Park hosted an intimate evening at its sales gallery, bringing together design, hospitality, and high-end living through a collaboration with Colin Cowie. Known as a leading voice in modern entertaining, Cowie led “Effortless & Elegant Entertaining,” sharing a perspective centered on intentional hosting, seamless presentation, and refined simplicity—an approach that directly reflects the lifestyle being built into the project.
The evening was layered with a curated tasting experience by Andrea Cardenas of Moët Hennessy, featuring pours of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame alongside Golden Goat Caviar, reinforcing the level of detail and elevated programming tied to the development.
But the bigger story at Ponce Park is what’s coming next.
The 11-story boutique development by The Allen Morris Company will bring 58 residences to Coral Gables, with architecture by John Cunningham of Zyscovich and interiors by Meyer Davis—a tightly scaled, design-forward project blending Mediterranean influence with contemporary execution.
At the ground level, the development is being shaped just as intentionally.

Madrid’s cult-favorite Quintín Ultramarinos is officially making its U.S. debut here, locking in a 2028 opening as the anchor of roughly 25,000 square feet of curated retail. Known for its evolution from a traditional Spanish gourmet market into one of Madrid’s most recognizable all-day dining destinations, the concept blends breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a strong wine program and a design-driven atmosphere.
Its arrival is more than just a restaurant opening—it reinforces Ponce Park’s positioning as a globally influenced, lifestyle-driven development where hospitality is embedded into the foundation of the project. The space is expected to mirror the warmth and sophistication of its Madrid flagship while adapting to Coral Gables’ pedestrian energy, with open layouts, natural materials, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
