This fall, The Bastion Collection — a global leader in Michelin-recognized dining — is teaming up with ARKHAUS, Miami’s floating social club aboard a fleet of solar-electric yachts, to launch two open-to-the-public “Off the Grid” dinners on the water.

Each one-night-only event will spotlight the chefs behind two of Miami’s most acclaimed restaurants, Le Jardinier and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Together, they bring Michelin-starred dining into a rare, waterfront setting where cuisine, seasonality, and sustainability converge.

The series opens on Thursday, October 2, with Le Jardinier presenting a fall-inspired menu crafted by chefs James Friedberg and Zack Pham. Known for its refined French technique and dedication to seasonal ingredients, the restaurant will showcase a menu designed to highlight nature’s simplicity at its peak. Tickets can be purchased here, and are priced at $395 per person.

On Thursday, November 13, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon — Miami’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant — takes the stage with Executive Chef James Friedberg leading a five-course tasting menu. Honoring Joël Robuchon’s celebrated legacy, the evening will highlight the artistry and precision that define the brand’s global acclaim. Tickets can be purchased here, and are priced at $790 per person.

Both dinners begin with private tender pickup at Venetian Marina, Pier 3, creating a seamless journey into an immersive dining experience unlike any other in Miami.
