Bentley Residences Miami just delivered one of the biggest construction feats in U.S. residential development, completing a record-setting foundation pour that officially sets the stage for the world’s first Bentley-branded tower to rise on Sunny Isles Beach. In a continuous 36-hour push, Dezer Development, Bentley Motors, and Coastal Construction coordinated 2,100 truckloads, 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 pumping stations — establishing the largest residential construction pour in Florida and the second largest of its kind in the nation.

The moment marks far more than a technical milestone. With the mat foundation now complete at 18401 Collins Avenue, the 716-foot tower is officially positioned to move vertical, advancing a project that blends Sieger Suarez architecture with Bentley’s design language and a level of craftsmanship typically reserved for the brand’s automobiles.

Each of the 216 homes will carry that DNA forward — from expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces to private heated pools, summer kitchens, and sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views. At the center of it all is the patented Dezervator, the signature automobile elevator that brings both resident and vehicle directly to a private sky garage.

Inside, residences continue the same level of precision: Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinetry, spa-inspired primary suites with saunas and behind-mirror televisions, and select homes with outdoor showers. Bentley’s signature diamond patterning, chrome detailing, and custom touchpoints appear throughout, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to engineering, elegance, and performance — here translated into vertical living.

More than 20,000 square feet of amenities will anchor the lifestyle experience, including a private restaurant led by four-time James Beard Award–winning chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, oceanfront beauty salon, fitness center, and a landscaped beach club with cabanas and full food-and-beverage service. Bentley Home, in partnership with Luxury Living Group, will introduce custom furnishing concepts designed exclusively for residents. Pricing begins at $5.8 million.
