Bentley's first residential building coming to Sunny Isles in 2026

Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, will be home to Bentley Motors' first residential building, Bentley Residences, in 2026. The 749-foot tall building, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, will be the tallest oceanfront building in the US, featuring 63 stories with 216 units offering ocean views and luxury amenities. One notable feature is the "Dezervator," a patented vehicular elevator system that transports residents and their cars to their doorstep.

Taking inspiration from Bentley Motors' luxury cars, the residential tower will boast ample private outdoor spaces, in-unit garages with room for up to four cars, and electric-vehicle charging capabilities. Shared amenities include restaurants, bars, a fitness center, spa, game room, and movie theater, while each condo offers Atlantic-ocean views, massive balconies with private heated swimming pools, and outdoor kitchens. Units are already being sold, with prices starting at $5.25 million and two penthouses priced at over $30 million each. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2023.
