Cabot Saint Lucia has pulled back the curtain on its latest real estate milestone: the Casitas, a limited collection of two-bedroom residences starting at $2.85 million. Designed by London-based Studio RHE, these homes are perched on a dramatic bluff near the future clubhouse, offering more than 2,700 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space.
Each Casita is built around two primary suites, a shaded terrace, and a private plunge pool, delivering a compact yet elevated lifestyle experience with accelerated build timelines. For buyers, the Casitas represent an opportunity to join one of the Caribbean’s most talked-about communities at a moment of major growth.

Set across a 375-acre peninsula with 1.5 miles of coastline, Cabot Saint Lucia combines world-class golf, luxury real estate, and resort-style amenities in one of the island’s most breathtaking settings. At its core is Point Hardy Golf Club, the Coore & Crenshaw-designed course that debuted in December 2023 and immediately drew international acclaim, landing a spot on GOLF Magazine’s list of the Top 100 Courses in the World.

The course winds dramatically along cliffs and beaches, setting a new standard for Caribbean golf. Beyond the fairways, Cabot Saint Lucia has been steadily rolling out a range of real estate offerings, from hillside townhomes and Horizon Villas to customizable beachfront lots and the ultra-premium Beach Residences that launched earlier this year, starting at $6.25 million. The new Casitas expand this lineup with a more intimate format that blends accessibility with Cabot’s hallmark design and amenities.
Amenities at Cabot Saint Lucia continue to take shape, creating a full-scale lifestyle destination. The newly opened beach club features an infinity pool, oceanfront dining, wood-fired pizza, a coconut cart, and a full suite of water sports ranging from paddleboards to snorkel gear. Owners and members can sail on Cabot’s Hobie Cat, relax at comfort stations stocked with gourmet snacks, or take part in pop-up culinary and retail experiences.

Planned additions include a signature beach restaurant, expansive clubhouse, world-class wellness facilities, and a racquet center with tennis and pickleball courts. On land and sea, curated adventures abound: rainforest treks, Piton climbs, mud baths at Sulphur Springs, rum tastings, chocolate heritage tours, and bespoke excursions designed by the Cabot Explorers program. It’s a lifestyle that blends Caribbean culture with Cabot’s signature hospitality.

The launch of the Casitas also underscores the strength of the Cabot Collection worldwide. Founded by Canadian entrepreneur Ben Cowan-Dewar, Cabot has become one of the most influential names in golf and luxury real estate. From the iconic Cabot Cape Breton in Nova Scotia to the fast-rising Cabot Highlands in Scotland, each destination pairs world-class golf with thoughtfully integrated communities.

Cabot's first U.S property, Cabot Citrus Farms, has emerged as one of the collection’s most celebrated expansions. Situated across 1,200 acres of rolling terrain in the former golf mecca of Brooksville, the project reimagines 36 holes of championship golf designed by Coore & Crenshaw, Kyle Franz, Tom Doak, and Mike Nuzzo, alongside cottages, guest accommodations, and residential offerings. Since debuting in 2023, Citrus Farms has drawn attention from across the golf world, cementing Cabot’s presence in the U.S. and fueling demand for ownership opportunities across its portfolio.

With Cabot Citrus Farms thriving in Florida and Cabot Highlands preparing for an expanded offering in Scotland, Cabot Saint Lucia has quickly become a centerpiece of the brand’s Caribbean ambitions.

The unveiling of the Casitas adds an exciting new layer, giving buyers a chance to own a home that balances scale, luxury, and lifestyle in one of the world’s most stunning coastal environments. It is yet another step in Cabot’s evolution from a boutique golf destination into a global collection of communities where sport, design, and culture converge.
