Continuum Company breaks ground on its new branded club and private residences

Continuum Company has commenced construction on Continuum Club & Residences, a striking 340-foot residential tower set to redefine the waterfront lifestyle of Miami’s North Bay Village. This marks the second branded residence in Miami by the boutique real estate development firm, led by industry veteran Ian Bruce Eichner, who is recognized for transforming Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood with the iconic Continuum South Beach.

Continuum Club & Residences, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Durukan Design and landscaping by Martha Schwartz Partners, comprises 198 residences and penthouses ranging from 800 to 4,000 square feet.
