Eataly has officially opened its long-anticipated West Palm Beach location, bringing its globally recognized Italian marketplace to the heart of CityPlace and marking one of the most significant culinary openings Downtown has seen in years. Developed in partnership with Related Ross, the debut positions Eataly West Palm Beach as both a food destination and a cultural anchor within the city’s rapidly evolving core.

The opening celebrations began last night with a special “Notte Bianca” launch event. For the evening, the store transforms into a high-energy Italian disco inspired by the brand’s “Italian Art of Living,” featuring complimentary tastings, exclusive shopping experiences, a live DJ set by Soul Clap, and a lineup of curated surprises designed specifically for the West Palm Beach debut.

The launch also introduces Eataly’s new Cultural Series, an ambitious year-round program hosting more than 70 free cultural events annually. The series will spotlight live music every weekend while elevating local artists, musicians, and creatives—further embedding Eataly into the cultural fabric of Downtown West Palm Beach rather than serving solely as a culinary attraction.
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony follows on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, with special giveaways for the first 100 guests. To extend the momentum, Eataly West Palm Beach will host a 10-day schedule of product tastings, entertainment, and community-focused activations, running through Monday, December 15 and reinforcing the space as an all-day lifestyle destination.

Globally, Eataly operates more than 60 locations across 15 countries, offering a curated blend of Italian food retail, dining, education, and hospitality under one roof. Since 2023, the brand has been majority owned by Investindustrial and continues to expand internationally while maintaining a focus on premium Italian craftsmanship and culinary tradition.

For Related Ross, the opening adds another high-profile anchor to CityPlace and underscores the firm’s broader vision for Downtown West Palm Beach. Led by Stephen Ross, Related Ross has more than $10 billion in planned investment across Palm Beach County, spanning mixed-use districts, luxury residential, office, hospitality, and public-realm projects designed to drive long-term economic and cultural growth.
Eataly West Palm Beach now opens its doors as both a marketplace and a gathering place—bringing global Italian culture, local creativity, and Downtown energy together under one roof.
