Equinox unveils its new West Palm Beach club, arriving this fall

A new chapter in West Palm Beach’s evolution is taking shape with the upcoming arrival of Equinox, the globally renowned luxury fitness and lifestyle brand. Set to open later this year, Equinox West Palm Beach marks the brand’s first location in Palm Beach County and will serve as a central anchor in the revitalized CityPlace district.
Equinox West Palm Beach will span nearly 35,000 square feet across the second and third floors of 575 Rosemary, located within The Laurel—Related Ross’ first luxury apartment rental property in Florida. It anchors the heart of CityPlace, the developer’s reimagined mixed-use district in downtown West Palm Beach, which is being transformed into a hub for elevated wellness, dining, and culture. The broader redevelopment includes new luxury office towers (10 & 15 CityPlace), the soon-to-open food hall Eataly, Alo, Moxie’s, and more.
Positioned within walking distance of the Brightline station and Clematis Street, Equinox West Palm Beach will offer a full suite of luxury amenities. The club will feature expansive strength and cardio floors, unlimited group fitness classes, and elite personal training powered by Equinox’s signature EQX OS system.
Members can expect expertly designed spaces for yoga, barre, cycling, and high-intensity interval training, along with meticulously maintained locker rooms, eucalyptus steam rooms, rain showers, and recovery areas. The facility will also include a spa suite offering curated treatments and wellness services, with access to the Equinox mobile app for on-demand classes and coaching wherever members go.
Founding Memberships are currently available with early sign-up incentives, including waived initiation fees and guaranteed access to introductory rates. A dedicated showroom and presale office are already open, giving future members a chance to explore renderings and benefits before the grand opening, which is expected in late 2025. As part of Equinox’s launch, community wellness events and pop-up classes are being hosted on the lawn at CityPlace throughout the summer.
Equinox’s arrival also coincides with Shorecrest, an upcoming luxury residential tower located just minutes from the club. Developed by Related Ross, Shorecrest will incorporate a first-of-its-kind Equinox-curated fitness and wellness programming directly into its amenities. Residents will have access to a private contrast therapy suite, dedicated yoga and Pilates studios, a 75-foot rooftop lap pool, and a cold plunge, steam room, and sauna—all designed to mirror the elevated standards of Equinox’s global clubs.
Residents will also benefit from exclusive membership access to the flagship club next door, making Shorecrest one of the most wellness-forward living environments in the region.
