Kempinski Hotels will soon make its debut in the Turks and Caicos Islands with the launch of Kempinski Grace Bay, a beachfront resort and residential project set to break ground in mid-November. The eleven-acre development marks the arrival of Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group to the British West Indies, introducing the brand’s signature European elegance to the Caribbean for the first time.

Developed by JTRE, the global real estate firm behind numerous high-profile projects across Europe and the UK, Kempinski Grace Bay will be the first property in the region managed by the storied hospitality brand. The low-density retreat will feature 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, each designed to offer privacy, serenity, and enduring value along one of the world’s most celebrated beaches.
The property’s residences are arranged around lush courtyards to maximize tranquility and sea views, ranging from studios overlooking the ocean or golf course to one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Expansive five-bedroom suites and six-bedroom oceanfront villas will complete the residential collection, reflecting Kempinski’s legacy of timeless European craftsmanship and contemporary coastal design.
Amenities will include two signature restaurants, a European-style spa and ocean-view fitness center, 3,000-square-foot wine cellar, and boutique retail offerings. Outdoor facilities will feature padel and pickleball courts, while families will benefit from a dedicated children’s club and full-service concierge team tailored to owners and guests alike.

The property will sit just minutes from Providenciales International Airport and the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, close to Leeward Marina and Grace Bay’s vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. Exclusively represented by Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos and Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos, the project combines the prestige of a global hospitality brand with an exclusive investment opportunity in one of the Caribbean’s most stable real estate markets.
Construction will begin with the November 2025 groundbreaking, with completion anticipated in early 2028, marking a defining new chapter for Kempinski Hotels in the Caribbean.
