Nobu Hospitality has announced its first-ever Miami residential project—619 Brickell—a striking 74-story tower that will redefine waterfront living in the city’s most dynamic neighborhood. Developed in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Key International, the project brings together world-class design by Foster + Partners and Sieger-Suarez Architects with Nobu’s signature aesthetic of refined simplicity and natural elegance.

The development will feature 300 residences and more than 90,000 square feet of private amenities, including a luxury spa and wellness retreat, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a tranquil poolside café, all designed to embody Nobu’s philosophy of harmony and craftsmanship.
At the ground level, 619 Brickell will debut Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, following its acclaimed Nobu Hotel and restaurant in Miami Beach, and featuring a circular design with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay—an architectural centerpiece that connects the brand’s celebrated dining heritage with its growing residential vision.

According to Nobu Hospitality CEO Trevor Horwell, the project represents “the next evolution of Nobu’s lifestyle vision,” uniting exceptional design, service, and hospitality in a city defined by culture and creativity.
For developers 13th Floor Investments and Key International, 619 Brickell stands as a new landmark for Brickell—one that reflects Miami’s global sophistication while elevating Nobu’s legacy of intentional living and timeless design.
