Four Seasons Nashville unveils Bacco, its new Tuscan restaurant

Four Seasons is officially bringing a Tuscan steakhouse to downtown Nashville this spring.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville has announced that Bacco will open April 10, 2026, introducing a new Italian dining destination just off the hotel’s main lobby, with reservations now live ahead of launch.

Inspired by Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and celebration, the concept blends Tuscan culinary tradition with the high-energy rhythm of Music City, positioning itself as both a destination restaurant and a social anchor within the property.

The menu is built around bold Italian flavors and premium ingredients, anchored by dry-aged steaks, house-made pastas, and a lineup of refined antipasti and seafood. Dishes range from Gnocchetti Sardi with spicy ‘nduja and Parmigiano-Reggiano to Broiled Whole Branzino with Sicilian fennel butter, alongside shareable starters like mortadella bruschetta with pistachio and cherry mostarda, creating a format designed for group dining and long-table experiences.

Designed by AvroKO, the 8,000-square-foot restaurant unfolds across multiple environments, including a dramatic central bar and lounge, an open-kitchen dining room with a custom dry-aging cabinet, two private dining spaces, and an expansive all-seasons terrazza that brings an Italian Riviera-style outdoor setting into the heart of downtown. The interiors lean into layered textures, warm tones, and subtle Western influences, giving the space a distinct identity that feels both transportive and grounded in Nashville.

The beverage program centers around a curated Italian wine list and a cocktail menu that bridges classic aperitivo culture with contemporary mixology, reinforcing Bacco’s positioning as an all-day destination from early dining through late-night energy.
