GBT Realty Corporation, a prominent Nashville-based commercial developer, has unveiled today its ambitious plans for Parcel F at River North, a key site at the East Bank's roundabout. The development aims to redefine the area with a mix of uses that embody the district’s vision for a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.

Parcel F, strategically positioned near Oracle’s forthcoming World Headquarters, will offer unparalleled 360-degree views, including sights of Nashville’s $2 billion Tennessee Titans domed stadium, the downtown skyline, Germantown, and East Nashville.

GBT acquired both the 2.03-acre Parcel F and the adjacent 1.5-acre Parcel G in late 2021. While plans for Parcel G will follow in a future phase, the company is prioritizing Parcel F’s development as the flagship project for its vision of River North.
Designed by Gresham Smith, the project will integrate street-level retail, co-working spaces, a hotel, and residential units. Its innovative design aims to anchor the area as a dynamic, mixed-use destination where residents and visitors can live, work, and play.
GBT Realty has a proven track record of transformative developments in Nashville, including the ONE22ONE Class A office building and the Parke West mixed-use residential and hotel project, both completed in 2022.
