Led by Yaniv Nakash and Eyal Mehaber, with engineering by Steve Boyd of Boyd Civil Engineering Inc., this development aims for a construction start within six months and a completion timeline of 18-24 months, targeting a spring or summer 2026 opening.

The complex will consist of two five-story and one four-story apartment buildings, offering amenities like a movie theater, jogging paths, a gym, a rooftop lounge, and a spa. Highlighted by its state-of-the-art automated parking system, residents will benefit from a hassle-free process to retrieve their vehicles. Positioned in a burgeoning area near high-growth submarkets such as Lake Nona, Harmony Lakes represents an attractive investment in Central Florida's expanding rental market.

Despite a significant number of apartment completions in 2023 and more underway, experts caution that high interest rates and construction costs may slow the addition of new projects, potentially leading to a supply shortage and increased rents in the future.
