The 173-room luxury lifestyle hotel will be developed in partnership with UOL Group, a prominent Singapore-based property and hospitality company. The architectural design is entrusted to WOHA, a renowned Singaporean firm known for its sustainable and innovative designs.

NoMad Singapore will be situated on Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping and entertainment district. The hotel aims to offer guests a blend of luxury and local cultural experiences, aligning with NoMad's brand ethos of integrating refined hospitality with the unique character of its locations.

UOL Group views the NoMad Singapore as a key part of its broader Orchard Road development plans, joining the soon-to-launch UPPERHOUSE luxury residences and the Pan Pacific Orchard hotel. Together, these projects are expected to contribute to the evolving character of Singapore’s main lifestyle and shopping corridor.

Upon opening, NoMad Singapore will join Hilton's portfolio of luxury properties and participate in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, offering members exclusive benefits and rewards.

This project marks a new milestone for Hilton’s expansion strategy in Asia Pacific, reflecting both the company’s confidence in the region’s hospitality growth and the rising demand for lifestyle-driven, experience-focused hotel stays.
