Humanaut Health, a next-generation longevity and wellness clinic, is set to open its first Florida location in Palm Beach Gardens this summer. Positioned at the intersection of advanced diagnostics, personalized medicine, and proactive healthspan optimization, the clinic builds on the success of Humanaut’s flagship outpost in Austin, Texas, which opened in late 2024. Membership pre-sales are now live, with tiered programs offering elite access to physician-led treatments, regenerative therapies, and in-depth health assessments.
This marks the beginning of a broader Florida expansion for the company, which was founded in 2023 by a team of physicians, entrepreneurs, and wellness innovators. Led by CEO Jim Donnelly and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Amy Killen, the founding team includes regenerative medicine pioneer Dr. Harry Adelson, health-tech strategist Tony Cheng, and Chief Product Officer Elliot Karathanasis. Together, they’re reshaping how longevity care is delivered—placing proactive, personalized treatment at the core of everyday wellness.

Palm Beach Gardens was a natural next step. “This community values wellness and performance at a high level,” said Nicole Doran, co-owner of the new clinic and host of The Healthspan Collective podcast. “We’re creating a space where data doesn’t just sit in a chart—it becomes the foundation of a plan to enhance how our members feel, function, and live.”
The Palm Beach Gardens location is spearheaded by a seasoned group of wellness entrepreneurs—Doran, her husband Michael Doran, and partners David Peterson and Jon Ortlieb, the team behind PUR-FORM, a leading regenerative and performance medicine center. With deep expertise in integrative health, business development, and functional medicine, the group brings a holistic, tech-forward approach to what will become Florida’s first Humanaut Health franchise.
Inside the clinic, members will find a wide range of services aimed at extending their healthspan—the number of years lived in peak health. Every membership begins with a full-body assessment measuring over 80 biomarkers, followed by a co-developed care plan that may include hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, IV treatments, peptide medicine, and advanced diagnostics. The clinic will also offer cutting-edge procedures such as EBO2 therapy (a blood filtration and ozone protocol for detoxification and cellular support), NAD+ infusions, and therapeutic plasma exchange.
Three levels of membership—Bond, Zone, and Path—allow individuals to choose their level of engagement:
Bond ($3,295/month): Humanaut’s most comprehensive plan, featuring concierge-level support, weekly optimization sessions, regular coaching, and continuous care with functional nutritionists, physicians, and performance specialists.
Zone ($355/month): A balanced membership with semi-annual assessments, monthly wellness treatments, prescription and supplement management, and ongoing provider access.
Path ($225/month): Core access to Humanaut’s clinical model, including biannual assessments, medical consultations, and health plan refinement.
During the pre-sale period, initiation fees across all tiers will be waived.
Humanaut’s clinical model is overseen by Dr. Amy Killen, a board-certified emergency and anti-aging physician known for her work in regenerative and hormone-based medicine. The Palm Beach Gardens team will work in coordination with a national panel of medical advisors, including Dr. Adelson, Dr. Ernesto Navarro, and Dr. P. Jeffrey Smith, to ensure consistency in care and innovation.
Located at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave., Suite 3201, the new clinic will serve as the first of several planned Florida locations, with a Coconut Grove outpost expected to open in early 2026. For membership information and pre-sale sign-ups, visit humanauthealth.com
